Rug was as described and good quality. Best price for the rug from several sites.
Looks good, but leaves a lot of dust and hair. Stay away if you are allergic. I am using robot vacuum, curious how long the fresh look will last, feels like not to long. Definitely not for high traffic areas though
Terrible
The rug came and was not the size we ordered. The return/refund process has been a nightmare. They sent us a label with no tracking number so they cannot find the rug after it was picked up. They are a mess of a company and zero customer service.

The rug is nice, it is an ivory, taupe color with makes it more beige than white, which is nicer as it looks softer to the eye. The rug has a good hand, purchased with a thick pad it feels nice under the feet.

Do not recommend
I really liked this rug when it arrived but believe the other reviews when they say it sheds like crazy and it never stops! I thought it would be worth it but if I could go back in time, I definitely would have picked something else. Anyone in dark clothes that sits on our rug ends up needing to be lint rolled. Everyone else still needs to be lint rolled but it doesn’t show as horribly on light clothing. It doesn’t age particular well, and it loses definition on the knobby texture so it ends up looking kind of sloppy.

Beautiful but not worth the shedding. Shedding is out of control.
I like the texture of this rug and how neutral the color is. I do think it may hold a lot of dirt and require frequent vacuuming. I bought it to determine whether I wanted it in a larger size. I think I’m going for it!
Amazing rug. The color and texture a really nice and it’s so soft under your feet.
This rug is so beautiful and such a good value! Some of the edges are a little uneven, but it's easy to overlook since the color is so unique and fits the space so well.
PERFECTION
THIS IS *THE* RUG! I have probably looked at 20 different rugs for my living room, trying to find a nice warm neutral with texture, but not overwhelming pattern. I have searched everywhere!! Love the feel too - it feels more like wool than jute. Definitely not a soft furry rug, but not a painful, "crunchy" one either.

This is a soft, plush rug. Be aware that the green shown in it in the photos is not nearly as apparent in person, however.
