Absolutely Gorgeous!
I LOVE these new office chairs! I ordered four of them, the emerald color is stunning, fabric is soft and didn't stain clothes, and they are great quality. They were very easy to put together, wider and more comfortable than I expected. Everyone that visits my office space asks about them, highly recommended.

Pretty/good quality but giving backache
It is very pretty and good quality but it hurts my back with prolonged sitting. I switched back to my old office chair.

Comfortable, good quality materials, and looks really great in my home office. Happy I chose the dark green because it’s very muted and neutral feeling, and promotes the androgynous look of the room, and it contrasts nicely with the deep gold metal legs. I was worried the metal might look cheap, but it’s a good shade and the legs are nicely shaped. Reclines a bit when leaning back, which feels amazing after a few hours of staring intently at a screen.

Great chair, terrible delay
I ordered this chair in April with an estimated wait of 6 weeks, but it only just now arrived 6 months later. For the quality of the chair itself, I love it. The seat is deep, the color is true to the online image, and the velvet is soft. Adding a pillow for the small of my back was all I needed to make the chair supportive enough to work long hours from home. In regards to the wait time, there was no transparency, just emails that the item would be delayed. I would have felt more comfortable waiting so long if there was a clear rationale for why there was a delay, such as if the manufacturer was temporarily shut down due to COVID-19 safety concerns or if a particular material was not available. I do not mind waiting, but the lack of transparency made me concerned up until the week that it was delivered that I would never actually receive the item.

I really love this chair. It's a great blend of function and fashion. I have a blue lumbar style pillow that allows me to sit straight and forward when needed. I also really appreciate the customer service and quick response to my inquiries along the way. Lovely process and outcome!
