Kitchen remodel

We had our kitchen remodeled in August 2019 and chose the KE30 hood. It’s been great and we constantly get compliments on it’s design.

Product not in acceptable condition

The range hood has a minor bent (see pics). It causes problems with back splash.

Good range hood, most use on 2nd setting

Good ventilation. Yes at the 400 cfm setting the sound level is noticeable but not unbearable for the time to cook. I like that it does not have the name brand stamped all over it. Biggest Con, I wish they made a 24" deep hood. Happy for the performance vs price.

Great range hood

Love my new Zline range hood!! It works great (no wonder it’s ranked among the best range hood manufacturers) and does the job easily. I particularly love the ultra modern style and was surprised that the cost was very reasonable!

Bent/loose vent cover and light issue

The first one I got was damaged so I ordered a replacement. This one came was fine until we installed it and noticed one of the vent cover is flimsy and the light doesn’t move inward. The one next to it is in place nice and tight. This one is loose and shakes. I went through a hassle with Lowe’s for a replacement and now this I don’t know what to do. Just disappointing at this point. I want to give a higher star but it doesn’t meet the expectation after two tries.

Pieces missing out of box

I purchased the KF1-36 and had it delivered on 11/04/2023. On 11/24/2023 (before install), my carpenter noticed that it was missing a transition piece (I had opened the box to check for visible damage). Lowes stated that for parts missing out of the box, I needed to call the manufacturer. Called Zline and opted for a call back (which occurred on 11/27/23. They opened a case and stated that the part would be shipped out in 24-72 hours and I would receive an email with a tracking number. I received an initial email from the customer service rep, but that was it. Never received a tracking number. Followed up on 12/4 and was told the part just became back in stock, so it would ship out that day. Still did not receive an email with a tracking number. Called on 12/5 for status update, long wait times without getting a rep on the phone. Opted for call back option, but no call backs. Trying again today (12/6) with no luck so far. Was on phone for over an hour at one point, no answers and no call backs. I have also emailed back customer service, but with no replies. Not sure what happened to their customer service, but it's terrible at this point. Lets hope something changes quickly.

Good looking snd good at working

The hood is effective and sledk. Instsllation was fairly simple and it finishes the kitchen nicely.

Absolutely beautiful!!!

I love love love this range hood. Its great quality, solid and very well made. I will be using it with my all white cabinets, white countertops and stainless appliances. I chose this because its eye catching,and different enough that I know I wont see it in anyone elses kitchen.

Slick Range Hood!!

Just got this hood for my kitchen remodel. The Finish is beautiful!! Powerful fan motor, yet quiet. Easy to assemble and mount. Shipping was super quick too.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.
