I've got three of these now. They are not too small, neither are they too big. They are perfect for when I'm car camping, going on hikes (can just hook them on to my backpack) and also I have one hung in my shed and it puts out a great amount of light to see everything in there. Definitely five ⭐

Its not quite as bright
Its not quite as bright as I thought. Also I could have sworn it said it was american made when i got it but when it showd up it had a made in china sticker on it ☹️☹️☹️
Close to perfect
Really like the light - well built, compact side. The one issuen I have is that in the cold of Minnesota it doesn’t last long. I know all batteries perform weaker in cold weather but I’m lucky to get 30-40 min when it’s cold

I love to give Barebones lights as gifts in addition to stocking up on them myself, and I've noticed that of all the types of lights and lanterns I've given over the years, THIS light seems to be the hands-down favorite of all my family and friends. The Beacon Hanging Light is small and portable, can hang on a branch or hook or stand upright on its own, and having the charging cord attached but easy-to-tuck-away is brilliant. Its smaller size and light weight makes it easy to keep handy, and it seems to hold its charge for a LONG time - it's a universal favorite for good reason. Now that Barebones has added a variety of colors, it gave me an excuse to give a few more as gifts! I love these.
