This is a solid, beautiful, well-crafted freestanding vanity. It was carefully packaged and arrived in a timely manner and without damage. All elements in perfect condition. The Italian marble is beautiful, sealed and has a beautiful sheen. Our plumber and assistant installed it with no complications. We are pleased with the quality, the amount of storage, and the delivery service.

The product itself is very nicely made, arrived very well packaged, no damage, etc. However, many weeks after arrival, when our contractor went to actually install it, we discovered that the sinks and the cabinets below are misaligned; specifically the center of the cabinet doors and the drain of the sink are askew by about 2inches. Very easy to miss at first glance, but we assumed it was a mistake. I contacted Houzz who told me it was outside the 30 day return window, so put me in touch directly with the vendor, Ancerre. They were phenomenal sand sent me a new countertop, but we quickly saw it had the same issue. Ancerre then checked all their inventory and they were all like that, and then confirmed with the manufacturer that that is what they are supposed to look like. I don’t know why you’d create a va it’s that’s not aligned, ut they did. It looks silly to me now that I know it’s there, but nothing I can do.

The style of this vanity is perfect for my Master Bathroom. It looks very elegant with the gold hardware against the black vanity. I love my purchase and it shipped and arrived super fast!! I was shocked at how quickly it arrived. I don’t have pictures to post yet because construction is not complete. Definitely recommend!

Better than expected

Buying this sight-unseen was a gamble, but we are glad we did. The countertop is 2 thin sheets of marble glued together, but it's very hard to see the seam and the stone itself is beautiful. The drawers are small, but tall enough for rolls of tissue and numerous enough that my kids can each have a couple assigned to them. The soft-close mechanism is really nice. Paint finish looks good and seems to be holding up well (2 months of use so far).

AWEFUL experience with the company AND the vanity

I ordered this vanity on May 29th, everything about it said it belonged in my bathroom remodel, right colors in marble, solid wood construction, no MDF etc. I paced the floor for the last 45 days waiting for it's delivery, PRAYING it arrived in one piece. I think the "other" reviewer may work for Ancerre, as I called them MANY times and only got an answering machine, never did get a human (wanted to know if while building they could add 3 inches to the feet to raise it a bit) Well, got a call tonight that the vanity was finally in at the local Lowes, BUT had "some minor shipping damage".. I quickly drove down there and went to the shipping department and asked to see it, it had already been re-boxed and re-packaged, so I said to take it all out. Glad I did. This vanity was TERRIBLE!! I counted 22 cracks in the paint, some where the paint was literally falling off. The corners of just about every drawer had a big crack running from it. Have you ever put drywall mud on too thick and watched it crack? Looked exactly like that! There were areas of the paint that ran and dried like that, like it was melting off the vanity. Wherever two pieces of painted wood met, there was a crack. I "planned" on just asking for them to discount it, do some fixing myself and just go with it, but after seeing it I quickly changed my mind, this was beyond any DIY repair (and I am a pretty fair wood-worker) I had to refuse it. Going back tomorrow with my paperwork to get the refund of $1895.00 (they lowered the price on these since I bought it).. WAY too expensive for the shoddy workmanship and COMPLETE lack of ANY customer service, only get an answering machine! I would avoid this company's products. I'm soo disappointed. Remodel will be completed on Sunday (it's Wed) and now have to START OVER looking for a key piece of the project.

Great Product with Room for Improvement

Very nice looking product with nice hardware and features (easy shut doors and drawers). Well-packaged and arrived without damage. Could be better with attention to 2 details identified by self and others. I am disappointed that bottom legs are not designed (shaped or inset) to accommodate baseboards. Will need to have legs modified so that product can be placed against wall and consequently have back-splash fit. This will not be easy to do since it is already placed in a small bathroom. Also there should be an option to purchase side splash(es). Both of these changes should be made at the manufacturer's end and then I would give it a 5 star rating. . . . . Update: Finally adjusted my tile baseboard to accommodate this vanity. Required more than scribing the rear legs as the side also needed to be flush against the wall. Found that the rear backsplash is nearly one half inch shorter than the countertop lengthwise--as though there is space for the missing side splash. Looks strange with the gap and will likely forgo the provided backsplash and tile the two adjacent walls. Dissapointed.
