Bad seller

Ordered once and order was cancelled by seller bc of expected delay in shipping. I decided I still wanted to see the rug and I would return if I did not like, so I reordered. A couple days after second order was placed I received a phone call stating that they expect the order to be delayed in shipping and I could cancel the order or I could keep it. I decided to not cancel the order. They told me that they would send a tracking number and then send another tracking number once it actually ships. Then the item showed delivered....with a delivery date BEFORE I had placed the order! So Walmart has contacted them requesting a refund. If I do not receive it in 48 hours I have to try again for WALMART to refund the order. Frustrating.

good quality

I used this in the kitchen in a high traffic area and it has held up well. Stains were easy to get out with spot cleaning. I have taken it outside to scrub and hose out, and dry outside. I don't know if that is how they recommend to clean it, but it worked for us.

Ends still curling up after months

This rug looks cool and is a great size for right by my back door, but I cannot get the ends to lay flat and I bought it months ago. I have put in under a heavy storage trunk for a few days, but the ends still eventually curl up. Frustrating.

Has been out on the patio for 2 months, survived several rainstorms and didn't fade in the sun. Still looks like new. Bought a second rug. Great purchase!

Fantastic!!!

Looks just like the photo. I ended up buying two rugs to have another as a backup for the larger erosion of the rug. I liked this rug so much in the picture, I decorated my entire porch around it before actually receiving the rug. I have been spot cleaning the beige because dogs are crossing the beige color a lot. It cleans up beautifully. I have looked at a lot of rugs and I kept returning to this one. The first rug I found on another website and they had my order shipped from incredible rugs to me at a higher cost, so when I saw it came direct from incredible rugs, I ordered direct from incredible rugs on a matching runner and the second large rug I purchased and at a cheaper price. Thank you incredible rugs for sourcing this rug. Glad I found your site, albeit in a round about way! Your shipping was great as well comparatively. My first order got dropped through the other merchant so I waiting three times as long to receive my first order. Thanks again! Less

Simple southwest pattern goes with everything.

This is a charcoal gray, not true black, but great because it doesn't show the dirt and dust much. I have them in a low traffic area on my front porch. The pattern works well with my Santa Fe, Arizona home. I would recommend for indoors or outdoors.

Statement piece

Even though this is and indoor and outdoor rug I use it in my son's bedroom. It is very pretty and a statement piece upon entering. I did a navy plaid with red baywindow look and it compliments the whole room nicely.

I absolutely love this rug. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Even though it's indoor/outdoor, it's soft and comfortable on bare feet. We needed something that could take a beating (dog; children) and this has held up beautifully--especially considering how much more traffic it's endured with all of us home all day long.

Dries quick

This is a great outside rug. The design matches my style. The quality is superb since I have had it for a couple years and it has withheld the summer days. Dries very quick. Highly recommend!

Excellent product. It is Exactly as described. I Only wish it had more grip on the bottom. It slips a bit on hardwood. Works well on deck though. Color is bright.
