The Trench Takes It
This cutting board is beautiful! The wood will compliment any decor and the handle on each end make it easy to move from place to place without touching whatever you have on the board. However, what appreciate the most is the trench placed near the edge all the way around the board. It keeps juices and water, and blood, from leaking off the board and onto the counter, table, floor, or wherever. I think they did a wonderful job when they put that trench in there!
