Great quality wood very sturdy.looks good after 3 hours putting it together.my wife loves it.

Item arrived with broken parts, and some peeling . I immediately contacted Ameriwood but they don't have the part I needed. So I just sent it back to the store. Got super tired that day , removing huge and heavy parts out of the box and putting them back. sad..

Beautiful piece of furniture

It is an attractive piece of furniture for our living room. It takes our new 55" flat screen tv without a problem. It is well designed, and has a top of the line electric fireplace. Some fireplaces are just 18" in width; this is 23". Some do not have a remote or wide range of temp settings. This does. The only drawback is the difficulty in assy. It is somewhat difficult to assemble, and we chose to hire a local handyman for this task. Unless you have two people that are very good at this type of assembly, I would recommend hiring a good handyman. The stand will hold a lot of weight, and it could be dangerous if not assembled properly.

I have a 43” in tv and this was the perfect size stand, with extra room available still. I like that the fire place comes with a remote, and it’s an overall nice piece. My only complaint is that several of the pieces (almost all) had been “touched up” and the touch up was done very poorly. The marks were very noticeable. Luckily, most of them were interior pieces but it was still a bit disappointing given the price of this product.

The fireplace console was exactly what I was looking for and so far very happy.

The installers came to my house and made quick work of setting up the fireplace console. Turned on the fireplace and heat to ensure both worked properly. The fireplace really shined at night. So far with one week of use I'm very happy with the purchase. The fire looks real.

Beautiful, and functional electric fireplace

Very attractive, well built, electric fireplace. We wanted an electric fireplace in a black finish to add some additional heat to our living room. This model fit our needs perfectly. It took me and my son about 2 hours and 15 minutes to put it together. The instructions were fairly easy to understand, if you are familiar with assembling furniture. We used a screw gun set on very low torque to drive in the screws studs that accept the cam locks. It helped to speed up the assembly process tremendously.

Two bad fireplaces

After putting this together last year the fireplace didn't work. So after spending time putting this together in which nothing lined up right because it's not machined right. My second fireplace is blowing out cold air instead of warm, and it's a month out of warranty, so now I just wasted $350 on a broken unit. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is a very pretty TV stand. Seems heavy duty and should last a good long time. Not cheap but not really expensive. I am happy with this purchase. Was shipped and received quickly and in good condition. Not hard to assemble. Really adds to my living room appearance and takes the chill off the room when needed.
