As pictured. The colors are perfect for me. The touch of light aqua is lovely with neutral colors of grey, cream, beige. Rug is thin, but I knew that. Bought extra thick pad. Very happy with purchase!
This is a gorgeous rug. I ordered a large one which is room size, or almost. It fits nicely on my wood bedroom floor. I should mention that also is easy to clean and keep clean because of the colors. Also, because the colors are muted it has matched any decor I put in my bedroom. I have changed my bedspread a couple times, and the rug has looked nice with every color scheme I have chosen. I have been enjoying it now for a couple years, and it still looks brand new as you can see by the photo. I am very pleased, as well, with the price I paid to cover my entire bedroom floor. I have never been disappointed in what I have purchased from Overstock. I have appreciated the cost and quality my purchased always seem to have. Thank you Overstock!
Bought this for my dining room set with a gold/black color scheme, and it’ll work out well for that. The color in the company’s picture that looks like black is much closer to grey. The rug isn’t cheap/thin, but it’s definitely designed for softening up LVP/hardwood floors rather than going on top of existing carpet. The distressed design is very pretty: For reference, I got the 8’ round cream/gold
With the purchase of new home that was open concept and more modern than my previously lived in traditional closed off rooms, etc. home decided to go with abstract rug patterns. I kept the previous owners espresso kitchen cabinets, golden granite counters and beige/grey tile in kitchen as it was in good shape and looked nice. Also, there was the same beige/grey tile around the fireplace in the great room. With open concept you can see the kitchen and fireplace from almost every spot in the great room of the house. I love gray walls (even before it became a popular color) so found a greige color that paired nicely with kitchen and fireplace. The grey/beige/gold pattern of this rug works nicely with the other 2 Safavieh rugs I purchased. This does not have varying pile heights as other 2 rugs and I wish I had gotten that effect. But, not something that would have made me not want the rug. Just didn’t realize how luscious varying pile feels underfoot and interesting it looks. I made sure this rug had a geometric patterns and colors so it would blend. Working with one brand makes it easy to blend patterns with similar colors as you know the colors in one rug pattern will be the same colors in another pattern. If I ever need more rugs, which I don’t I would consider Safavieh brand again. The rug lays flat after a few days after unpacking. For extra measure you can put a heavy item on a corner to hasten the flattening process. FYI, I use rug pads under all my rugs to prevent movement, add cushioning and floor protection.
Good tonal pattern, a nice neutral that is affordable and customizable. That’s the most appealing thing, matching runners bedside and a square for the sitting area and the look is cohesive. On top of Allure flooring it stays put and doesn’t need a rug pad. The binding is cheapish however, hence 4 stars. Fine for the price, low pile and soft texture underfoot.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right size rug for my living room?
Aim for a rug that fits all the main furniture pieces on it or at least the front legs of sofas and chairs to anchor the space.
Can I layer rugs for added texture and interest?
Absolutely, layering rugs can add depth and dimension. Pair a larger, neutral rug with a smaller, patterned rug for the best effect.
What's the best way to clean and maintain my rug?
Vacuum regularly, spot clean spills immediately, and consider professional cleaning for deep stains or at least annually for high-traffic rugs.
How does rug size impact the balance of my living room?
A rug that extends the full length of the sofa can help balance the room. A small rug can make the sofa look disproportionately large.
What should I consider when positioning rugs in relation to doors and furniture?
Ensure the rug doesn't obstruct doorways or get caught on the doors. It should also not interfere with the operation of any cabinets or cupboards that open into the room.
Are there practical tips for maintaining rugs and prolonging their appearance?
Rotate your rugs annually to even out wear and fade, and address spills or flattening promptly to maintain their look and feel. For more substantial size or shape adjustments, consider having rugs cut and edged professionally.
What are some considerations for choosing a rug in relation to the sofa?
Select a rug large enough to cover the area beneath the entire sofa, which helps in unifying the space and balancing the room's proportions.
What is the recommended rug size for a living room with a sectional sofa?
The rug should not be shorter than the length of the sofa and should be wide enough to fit under all pieces of a sectional, or at least allow for the front legs to be on the rug.
Can I use a round rug with a rectangular table?
Generally, it's best to match the shape of the rug with the table. Therefore, avoid pairing a round rug with a rectangular table and vice versa for visual harmony.
