Beautiful and a joy to use

I have both this smaller wok and the larger Canton wok, and I use them both for cooking Asian dishes. The wok is beautifully crafted and has clear and simple instructions on maintaining the seasoning. I like the smaller one for preparing 2-4 servings and for stir frying parts of a recipe that can be prepared separately while I am making the same dish, I use both side by side at times. It’s also great for warming up a couple servings of leftovers. It does not stick to anything I’ve cooked, including eggs. I use a couple tricks I learned about maintenance: heat up the wok before adding oil to prevent sticking, this really works, and also to heat the pan after washing to ensure it’s completely dry before oiling again. It’s maintained it’s patina with regular use. Note this one is a smaller wok and perfect for 2-4 servings.

My first order is delivered without washer. I contacted wayfair and they fixed immediately by a new shipment. What a great shopping experience with wayfair ! I cooked three dishes with new wok yesterday, heat conduction is absolutely awesome on gas stove. It’s so easy to handle with single hand, highly recommended to anyone who likes stir fry. It saves money in long run as I previously have to buy non sticky pan every year.
