I would have given this lighting fixture five stars because it looks great, installation was easy with the exception of the chain. The chain did not have any type of hook to connect it to the ceiling portion or the fixture itself. Basically directions said to pry open the chain on either end and hook them onto those parts. To me that would have damaged the chain and been noticeable. I purchased a couple of metal rings with hinge opening to complete installation.

Arrived quickly in perfect condition. Plenty of light for a great room table to play games. We put it on a dimmer.
