Gets the job done
Not as sturdy as I hoped. It’s made up of 7 individual single file holders that interlock. If the bottoms holders are pushed up with moderate pressure the holder can come apart. Not a deal breaker but not ideal either.
Wall files
We needed these to hang on the wall, so I didn't send back, but the notch that holds them to the bracket was broken making them useless. Also, the double stick tape used to hold them to the wall was missing on all 7.

Didn't realize that they were separate pieces. The anchors are useless. They will work, sorry I brought three of them.

Individual bins - hang separately
I bought this because I wanted one unit with 7 bins. I don't understand why they even list a height of 30" because these are 7 individual bins that all need to be individually screwed into the wall so you could space them anywhere at any height. I wanted one uniform, equally spaced organizer and this is not it.
Nice but kind of weak
These get the job done but they are not very heavy duty. The plastic is somewhat flimsy. I had to use double sided tape to reinforce them to the wall in order to feel like they weren't going to fall apart. I ended up using them for lighter amounts of paper, so it works, but they aren't the best quality.
Perfect organizer for my (compressed) home office
This is doing exactly what I’d hoped - it was easy to install, holds the right amount of documents per pocket (it looks skinny but each pocket holds a lot), and it has a low profile (doesn’t stick out too much from the wall). I feel calmer already ;o)
Flimsy
If you have enough wall space to hang them individually, you might be ok. Grouped together they swing away from the wall and some files have slipped out between the wall and the file. I've used it for 3 days so far & have been using only 4 out of the 7 spaces. Not sure it can handle the weight if all spaces are used. My files have only 5-15 pages in each.
