delivered the wrong item

Purchased it, hooked it up into the back of the refrigerator for the icemaker and I was gonna put it on the counter, FYI, measure your counter cabinet height totally didn’t do that. However, still managed to work it drill hole into the side cabinet and actually put it in a hidden compartment in a cabinet. After we got everything hooked up, we realized it wasn’t dispensing water so we reached out. They weren’t really helping us. It took like a day or two to get responses. YouTube does wonders. Ended up taking it apart and realize there was a cable inside of it that wasn’t connected right behind the cage in the back plugged it in let it drain for like a gallon of water and then you can drink it. It’s awesome instantly gets hot ice cold room temperature for the price seriously this thing is fantastic and it’s way easier than carrying around a 5 gallon jug of water every week.

I was excited about the water cooler with no tank, as my hubby to be drinks a lot of water. I do not. But it has so many more uses than just drinking water. My favorite is adding the hot water to my pot and then putting on the stove so that I get my boiling water faster!

Goid price great product had mune for about a month and is used to supply 3 people with daily cold drinking water. this product is a bit overkil for my small needs but was cheep enough at $170 to bite the bullet and buy.
