Really tough lock which we use on a dumpster outside year round. For us it seems to be flawless and we are very happy about it

Nice lock until it broke

Used lock for about 16 months. No issues. Performed well and kept our storage secure. One day the lock stopped working. Called support and they said the motor was broken. No warranty as over 1 year old. Manufacturer suggests that the motor fail was a know issue. They have a Version 2 that is supposed to be an upgrade, but I suspect is a replacement for V1 because of know issues.

Review That Didn't Get a Free Product

Here is a review that wasn't collected as part of a promotion.....This product won't last longer then a year and the company knows it. After a few months of having the product the company sent a silicone cover to help prevent it from the outdoor elements, either through it was already supposed to be weatherproof. After 8 months the lock is useless, you can tell it was damage by the elements. Now they have a new product that is supposed to be better, I don't trust the company no more.

This is not what I wanted. I wanted a key safe lock. WARNING Buyer beware - do not buy via my deal. You get zero help with issues. In fact there is no customer service. They do not return calls , ever! $250 wasted

I bought this lock in November 2021 for a gate that isn’t accessed often. The battery completely drained after about 2 months with only accessing the lock a few times. Since then I’ve replaced the battery 3 more times, and every time I have it’s because the battery was dead after only opening it once. It’s a complete waste of money, especially considering that the replacement batteries are around $20 each. Keep a 9V battery handy if you do buy it since it will be the only way to open the lock when the battery is dead.

This lock is not durable in exterior conditions. The 20 locks that I purchased lasted for barely over one year. One replacement lock that was sent to me with a silicone cover only lasted 6 months. It is not a good value for the price becasue of its lack of durability and sturdiness. I will not purchase this lock again.

Product arrive with rapid speed. However the unit like demo unit and some scratch behind. But item is working good.

Perfect Lock

I really love this lock. I use it for my work locker. Before when I lent out tools I would always have a hard time meeting up with the person afterwards to get my belongings back. This lock has solved that issue as I can give one-time passwords out on the floor that will just work. I highly recommend this lock for any indoor use as I have had zero issues with it.

Igloohome Smart Padlock Product Failure

I recently bought an Igloohome Smart Padlock because I thought it would be a good idea to secure my garage door with. Big mistake. After using it for locking my garage door for several times during the course of a week, I found that the buttons on the keypad had jammed, and so I was unable to input my key code and access my car so that I could get to my place of work. After calling a locksmith to help with my predicament, I was informed by him that this type and model of padlock has a tendency to do that, and that I was not the first one to call him out because of it. Do not purchase!

Great padlock but stopped working properly after 5

I bought this for an outside gate. It’s great with the pin features etc. However after 5 days it started going wrong. We replaced the battery and it’s still not working properly. I am going to return this and try a replacement in the hope that we were just unlucky and got a dodgy one. If it worked this would have been amazing !
