I wanted something different when I ordered this rug. I like the plaid because you dont often see that in a rug. This has my bedroom colors too blue and yellow. My one negative is the feel of the rug. It feels almost like canvas. I know its a washable rug. Maybe it will soften up after washing. But its not pleasant to walk on barefoot as it is.

Bought this rug for our new kitchen approximately one year after construction. It defines the space nicely and fits in my washing machine. Cheerful plaid which which brings the room together. We have another rug by same company in our mud room and love that one too. Recommend *****.

Purchased this pattern because the design/color combos matched my apartment hallway paint and decor better than other 2ftx3ft entry mats I saw. In fact, many of my hallmates have remarked how spiffy it looks at our door! It is slip "resistant" - and is easily swept to keep tidy. I think it is a totally positive expectation met.
