Great faucet

I hate doing plumbing. It’s always in cramped areas. However, I needed to replace a worn faucet with a new one. The old one was hard to remove. Once out of the way, this was a breeze to install. It took about 30 minutes to remove the old one and about 10 minutes to install this one. Really nice product, heavy construction and smooth function. Beautiful faucet, great height, contemporary yet traditional with great gold undertones! This cup cleaner was super easy to install, and it is worth every penny. The size of it is perfect, It cleans just about any cup I have.

The glass rinser is extremely stiff

The spring in the cup rinser is very stiff and difficult to activate. I have to use all my strength to push a cup down hard enough to get the water to spray. Even my husband can't operate it without it jittering back and forth between working and not which causes a loud water-hammer throughout our house's plumbing. it's unusable for me.

disappointed

I still haven’t received my order. Customer is upset that i dont have it installed. Very disappointed with home depot!!!!!

Nice looking but

Appears to be good quality. Gold is a true gold. However, the glass rinser lays flat to the counter. It should be on an incline so that water doesn't sit directly in it. Very disappointing. 😔. And the picture shows the rinser part in the glass rinser is black. Mine is silver.

Awesome Faucet

A super solid faucet that looks great in the kitchen. This was a very easy install that was well worth it. The handle is solid and feels like it will last forever. The neck is built sturdy and will be able to withstand years of usage. The water stream is strong and symmetrical with a spray feature. The finish is great; I matched the brushed gold with some rough black/bronze and gold fixtures and the faucet looks like it’s the main attraction in the kitchen. It looks awesome. I would definitely get another.
