Poor Company Taking Back

I give it 2 stars because it does look good out if box. First off the description said it comes with 4-40 watt bulbs and if you click for more description it says it need 4-60 watt bulbs, but the light doesnt come with any bulbs and it needs 5. Also the company didnt put a down rod in the box which was needed, I tried to use the one from the light i took down but it didnt work. The express delivery they mention for free ended up being over 2 weeks, I will just try to buy a name brand light.

This light came well packaged. The shade was more of a sheen, silk material, very nice. The crystals allow elegance to the light. It was easy to install.

This is a pretty and unique fixture. The reason for the four star review is that bugs get into the shade and die. They're difficult to remove because the glass bottom to the drum sits snugly around the edge. You have to remove it to really clean it out which makes me nervous I'm going to drop it when I'm trying to reattach the fixture.

Excellent quality and attractive ceiling light. I would highly recommend.

Shipping process; unsatisfactory

Beautiful; Picture don't due justice; 3rd purchase. After placing order on 12/8; est. delv, 12/18, order still processing. Although Free shipping; shouldn't mean, you send when you're ready; satisfy the customer! I feel it's much to long to process and ship, leaving customer unsatisfied/unhappy on that end of the purchase process.

Very nice , elegant looking, easy to assemble, I love it, fabric I was thinking is sateen, but not, still its good size, and fit perfectly in my dining room.
