Good and comfy

The design on the arm rest needing zipped on and off is not very friendly to utilize. Some zipper teeth came broken and we need a repair already. Otherwise love the fabric and how oversized it is

Bought without trying out or seeing personally and very pleasantly surprised at the comfort and look. The recliner mechanism is a little weird, but we had a power one prior so used to that. Due to our pup using our old couch as a chew toy we needed a new one. Their power recline option doesn't come with a battery only option so we had to get the manual. Overall we are happy.

The furniture is beautiful and was as I thought it would be. The delivery people were nice and courteous and the order was delivered quicker than I thought it would be. We priced this local furniture chain store and the discounted price was over $2,000 more. I ordered online and it was here before we knew it. The whole transaction from delivery to house was very easy and went smoothly. I typically do not write reviews, but since everything saved me the money and the hassle, I figured I would. Thank you.

Nice Comfortable Chair

Nice sturdy well made chair. The ease to sit and get up is great for 60+ folks, Reclining is comfortable. The only thing missing is the reset button to return chair to normal when reclined. Have to continue pressing button to return to normal.
