Bought a new light for over my kitchen table after the old one died. This was the closest match to the other two fixtures in the kitchen. It looks great, and gives off lots of light. The fixtures was delivered on 5/23, and installed on 5/29.

Broken glass bowl

After the first one was sent with glass broken I'm grateful you replaced it and refunded the purchase price. The second one was in perfect shape and looks lovely in my home.

Great choice

Excellent shape with clean lines. Easy to work with.

Too much adjustment

The arms which hang down do not match as the picture shows around the glass bulb. Found out you need to bend them in. This adjustment should be done at the factory and checked out for fitness. I was told to bend in arms did so but noted a lot of strain where the arms extend out, fearful of splitting the top piece, also very spongey the arms return to past positions. In other words all this can be resolved at the factory with tighter quality assurance.

I bought 2 and I'm not happy with the way the "arms" stick out, not close to the "bowl" as pictured.

Very nice fixture

Very nice looking. Fit right in with the rest of my total house rehab project. Had a little trouble with wiring it because I only used one chain link and cut the ground wire too short. So, it was kind of a juggling act holding the fixture in one hand and trying to stuff the wires through the proper places while standing on a ladder. Puts out plenty of light. I'm happy.

Lovely light, plenty of chain to swag if needed. Bright lights really open up a room. Measure the appropriate size for your space to get the full advantage of this light. No regrets here!

Chandelier

This was just installed today and is absolutely lovely

Poor instructions.

No picture of the final product. Couldn't identify the parts included. The bowl is too small for the outside metal bands - they don't touch. If I didn't need to place a light for a house showing the next day, I would have returned it. AND, the warning to use only a chain separating tool... who has that??

beautiful

this lamp was a replacement for a broken chandelier. It was difficult to find the right one on line but the customer service personnel and the website were most helpful. It is better than the one that it replaced and is less expensive.
