Beautiful

This light is beautiful. I had to return it because it’s too big for my space, but I wished I could have kept it. I looked for other places for it to go so I could keep it. It’s substantial. I wish it came in a smaller version.

Poor customer service, poor quality merchandise

The light is warped. I contacted the seller so it can be returned and was told to mail it to them with insurance, at my expense, and then I would be refunded the original amount but not the shipping cost for sending it back to them. It will cost around $60 to send it back. I told them that was not acceptable and never heard back from them. tried taking it back to a Walmart store and was told I had to contact the seller. I contacted Walmart.com help and explained the issue and they "escalated" it with the seller. Not even an hour later I got a response from the seller stating the same thing but no insurance, just tracking. So now I get to lose money to send back their piece of crap light just so I can hopefully get a refund for the original amount. Poor customer service, poor quality merchandise. I shouldn't have to pay for a defective item.

It's perfect for our foyer. It's the right size and ties the ceiling fans in adjacent rooms together. It's more delicate looking that it seems like it might be. And with three LED, edison-style bulbs it's quite bright and very striking. A good replacement for a 20-year old crystal and polished brass chandelier.

Great lights for over your kitchen island

My house is under construction, so the photo doesn't do the lights justice. My ceilings are 12' high, so I needed to fill up the space. These lights are large but not heavy and for my situation, the chain isn't long enough. (Not a biggy, we can get that anywhere) They provide nice light and will not obstruct the view from the island or block my beautiful cabinets when they are finished.
