You can’t use a carpet cleaner. It bubbles. There is only a 30 day warranty. So if you do buy it. Get the warranty because you will need it. Had it for 7 months and it looks like I’ve had it for 3 years. Does not hold up at all. Why have a carpet you can only spot clean. Another example how corporations don’t give a crap about the customer. Just the sales. Good luck.
Never order again
The rug arrived folded many times (12x15)…should have returned right away! Also two flaws that I didn’t see until I opened completely (today) 2 days after the return day which is on me (my mother passed away & had a lot going on). However with that said, I won’t ever order from Overstock again. I will probably never get the tremendous amount of creases out of my rug. Won’t let me upload but one picture….can’t add other picture of flaw as well as one with all the creases. Rugs should be rolled!
They sent me the wrong rug! How do I package and return this now? Very frustrated and disappointed. The rug I purchased did not have the checker pattern and I looked at every photo overstock provided for this item as well as every photo in all the reviews. Definitely the wrong rug. Have to call Overstock in the morning. Not happy!
Stains everything blue!
The rug is fair. The colors are bright and very pretty but the yarn depth is uneven (intentionally) across the rug within the different colors and I wasn’t crazy about how that felt on my feet. But more importantly, this rug stains everything it touches blue. None of the other reviews mentioned this...maybe its only my rug? I bought this rug for the mother in law suite in my brand new house with wood floors. I just cant take the chance the edges that overlap the rug pad will damage my floors. Started the return...what a pain in the tush.
