Terrible lids

The lids are terrible. The lids do not form a tight seal on the pots, allowing lots of steam to escape and causing water to drip down the sides.

Some of the best and durable products I’ve used in the kitchen. I have used my set of Calphalon pots and pans for 7+ years and they still hold up to the non stick advertising.

dont stand the test of time

these pots were great at first. i’ve had them for about a year and a half and they’ve all warped and don’t cook food evenly. they heat up way too fast and end up burning everything. i’m so disappointed because these were expensive and calphalon is a good brand. I only ever cook on medium-low and they’re a waste now. everything gets burnt, I wish I could return them.

Poor quality - lasted a few months

I bought this set in November and it’s now April and a few of the pans have chipped edges. I don’t treat my pans abnormally (hand wash and air dry) so these are just cheap and not sturdy. Wish I could return but a few months out of the return window :/

Great Value

The quality for the price is awesome. I bought the cookware to replace my moms old Calphalon cookware. The box was as described; but doesnt cook the box. Outstanding value.

Great Set!

I used a cheap set of stainless steel pots and pans for a while, but they fell apart after a while. I bought these for myself as a birthday present because I cook all the time. They are nice quality, they are definitely nonstick. I use plastic, wood and nylon utensils in them and I do run them through the dishwasher. They have lasted for a while and I am very glad that I bought them. They are sturdy, although not super heavy, and I enjoy using them when cooking.

Cookware

Made with Teflon just used a different name. Personally don’t want anything made with those chemicals. On a positive note the set was very attractive and sturdy. I set back because of the teflon

Calphalon pots and pans

This cookware is the best. They're light easy to handle. I made eggs they just slide out of the pan. Awesome 👌 .

Pans were much smaller than I expected

They are wonderful but much smaller than my old set. Will purchase bigger ones separately. They are a bit heavy but they cook great.

Design flaw

There is an obvious design flaw in the dutch oven. The one that came with the set did not sit level on my smooth cook top and it would slide around when I tried to stir the food. I was able to get a free replacement with the product warranty. However, I am having the same issue with the new one. No problems so far with sauce pans or skillets. Based on the dutch oven I would not recommend this set.

Wouldnt buy again

My only issues are the pans. The pots are fine. It’s the pans that are easily scratched even with proper cooking Utensils. Noticed it about a month and a half of use.

Not your typical Calphon quality

These are terrible, right from the get go there are imbalanced, they don’t lay flat on the burner and wobble around. The set needs a pan in between the 2 sizes that came, one is too small and one is too big.

Caphalon cookware is the best

I liked this set so much I bought one for my daughter . The food cooks extremely well and they are very easy to clean. I specifically bought them for my new glass topped range because they were recommended.

Wouldn't buy again

These do not live up to the Calphalon name. Splurge and buy something better. The non-stick surface lasted a few uses and the lid has to be washed in the dishwasher multiple times due to a leaky seal between the glass and metal.

Never again.

I bought this set about 3 or 4 years ago. Now I'm having to buy a new set of pans because these, that I paid good money for, are losing the coating in the frying pan and the rims are losing their paint, too. Was biding my time before I bought a new set. The time has come, and it won't be Calphalon.

Very nice cooking set

I must say that the five star reviews were right on point. I've been using them everyday since I received them about a week ago. Very sturdy, truly non stick and very easy to clean. Glad I made the purchase while they were on sale.

Good value for the price

These pans seem sturdy and have flat bottoms that work well on my stove. They are easy to clean. I have only hand washed them even though they say dishwasher safe. I have had pans from this manufacturer before and they performed well.

No Oil Needed

If you like to eat healthy and not use oil to cook this pan is for you. The non stick is truly non stick with this pan. I primarily use this to make omelets. I n the past every pan I have had would lead me to making scrambled eggs because the eggs would stick. I have had this for a few months and it still is like it was on the first day after several washes.

The pots and pans are super thick, not like the flimsier brands that honestly feel like the handles will fall off after a few months of heavy wear.
