STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND DOESN'T HONOR WARRANTY

Just tried to get a defective pot replaced. It used to require giving a sequence of numbers off the bottom and telling them what was wrong with the cookware.

POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! ZERO STARS!

If I could leave no stars I would. We bought this 2 months ago on 04/28/24. The copper colored pans showed marks from using nylon utensils the first time we used them. After using the deep 4 qt. pan 4-5 times the pan warped. The pan was hand washed, never overheated, and never immersed in water while hot. I sent an email to Tramontina on 06/22/24 and got a response on 06/24 that they were sending my information to the warranty team for assessment. I sent a follow up email on 07/02/24 and got an immediate response that said that we were still waiting on the warranty team's assessment. After 2 more days, we got an email that said we needed to return the pan to Sam's for a refund or replacement. To replace an entire set instead of addressing the issue and just replacing the damaged pan is asinine. This is our 3rd set of Tramontina and I have to say that the quality has gone down both times we replaced our cookware. Since I can't get Tramontina to honor their warranty, I'll be returning the set and purchasing a different brand. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS BRAND.

Nice set for the price

Nice set but handles are not well designed. We cook on a gas stove and the handles get very hot. Also they are rounded so they have a tendency to roll in the hand when trying to pour out contents or even when washing. They do clean easily and the ouside has been durable enough. Dishwasher is not recommended, so we hand wash and they cleanup very well.
