First time buying from conns never again. One of my biggest mistakes should of bought from my regular furniture store.Very bad experience conns don't keep their customers happy and satisfied!

Great Quality with luxury look. Larger than expected. Extremely comfortable. Customer service is not good with this company tho. You need to be on top of and know what you want and doing to get what you need in terms of service.

Great product at a great price

Service was good but could have been better

Long story short the service was good but definitely could have been better. Was a mix up on one product I wanted was told I was but did not get. When delivered my product the loveseat was broke but they did replace it. Anyway just same things that happened but will shop there again.
