Everything was fine. Had to make minor alterations to make it work with the plumbing that was already in place.
Great quality and very clean design that looks nice.
Only been using for a few weeks but Works well Easy to install when replacing a Moen posi temp.
It looks nice, but the handle does not screw on tight enough to keep it from wiggling. It doesn’t matter how hard I tighten the screw because the plastic parts where the handle connects to the turn valve do not have a snug fit. The resulting gap causes the handle to jiggle every time you use it. It doesn’t feel secure and I’m left wondering how long before it slips off.

after i opened the delivery package the items package was open and missing parts. not hood why even send me missing parts and open package.

Big gap
The look is nice but the quality seems cheap. There is a big gap with the sleeve. In the manual it shows it should be flush. The handle no matter how much you tighten it, it is still loose.

nice kit to renew shower valve trim
Used the kit to replace 32 year old bright brass trim. The disassembly of old and assembly of new went pretty easily. Instructions were good. High quality materials. The color is a little darker than I would have liked for brushed nickel, hence 4 stars.

The plate is plastic!? The handle is metal. Installed easy enough. Some wiggle in the lever that no amount of tightening will improve. Overpriced for what it is. Let's see how long it lasts.
