My wife absolutely loves it!! I like the lowest dim both from inside and outside our large glass doors in the backyard. It is warm and easy on the eyes. Easy to mount, beautiful dimming capacity, adjustable rods to change height are provided. Customer service knew specs not included in manual and had good recommendations for color, wattage, and brands. Delivery initial delayed by months from factory and then received notice that it would be arriving a month earlier than expected. Our sales person, Patricia, gave us a great price. She answered our emails quickly and knew her products. Did not include bulbs or info about which bulbs were desired with the exception of not using any bulb greater than 60 watts.
