Well made, nice looking, and priced right. Looks better than a lot of similar lights that are priced much higher. Would recommend

Imbalanced light

This is a pretty shade, but it blocks out most light above, making the surrounding room look dark from immediately above it to the ceiling. Below the light, on the other hand, the bright light blinds you. I hung it over my dining table and it feels like a spotlight is on me when I eat.

finally

We seriously thought we would never find just the right piece to match the antique Tiffany pendants we were blessed to inherit when we bought our Los Angeles area bungalow. It wasn't free, but we love the sturdy ironwork and the whole effect is very authentic. Be optimistic about this one :)

Colors not what you expect

Very disappointed. Pulled out of box and it looked black with red accents...very dark...light going through it brought out browns and oranges but still very dark. My house has a lot of stone and wood and brick and thought tiffaney lamp in bronze, browns and orange would look good to compliment the earth tones...not even close! I didn't find it appealing even if black and reds went with house. Never hooked up so not sure about amount of lighting or quality Color--Black and Red

Missing parts

This will be a lamp over our kitchen table, if and when we get the parts to hang it up. It was missing the chain and top face plate to cover the electrical box area. It is a good looking lamp.
