Good light but expensive

The light is pretty bright. The battery drain was acceptable however the readout on my battery use was not accurate,i am not sure if it was my battery or the light unit that is off but the battery life was off by one bar. The ergonomics for carrying and weight distribution when carrying the light is really good. The light during use was very stable sitting on a slanted 35 degree driveway

I Think They Can See This From the ISS!

I just picked this up at Lowe's. I already had three EGO tools with the batteries (I love them all), so power was not going to be an issue.

Not as scary as some reviewers put it. Was concerned about my battery being destroyed by this beast, as some reviewer said that his two batteries were damaged--that is not the case as I observed; however, what I observed, that may have been the other reviewers' problem, is how depleted batteries get when all power is sucked out of them by this device. The batteries were depleted completely, such that, when inserted into battery charger, they would blink at 1 bar (quick charger with display) for awhile without bars going from left to right, AS IF something was wrong, but, in reality, it is a very depleted battery and it takes awhile for it to get into charging part where charging status LEDs go blinking serially from left to right. When same battery gets depleted by other EGO devices, such as a trimmer or a lawn mower, they exhibit slightly different behavior, because, apparently, they were less depleted.
