Beautiful mirror. Biggest problem is deciding where to put it!

Slow customer service

Mirror arrived broken, called customer service and was told to send pictures of shipping label and damages which I did immediately after the call. I was told I would get a response within 48 hours. I waited 4 days and called back and had to ask again for instructions to exchange the mirror and was given the option at that time of them picking it up or returning it to the store so they could order a new one. I believe that if hadn’t called back nothing would have ever been done.

A powerful accent piece. I love it! Just be aware it’s quite heavy and you’re definitely going to need help mounting.

love the pillows

I recieved my set of 2 pillows and they were a perfect match for my son's furniture. They loved the colors and the fact that you could wash the covers. Great pillows.

Love this chair

I just received this chair Tuesday, and I love it. The color is beautiful exactly as shown. It’s very firm, and great quality, not a scratch on it. The delivery men were excellent, very professional, polite and handled the furniture with care. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it.

I would definitely buy this product again!

I've put this right above my entrance table ( which I also got from Hayneedle) and they both look perfect together.
