Was too heavy for the man to carry. He had to drag it. It opened both ends and I had to tape it back shut.Because I did not want it opened because we are moving.I cant say you was a very friendly guy. Just figured they would have Had a dolly.

You will need a box spring for this mattress although it is not recommended. It takes 2-3 days for it to expand to its full potential. The mattress slides if you don't sleep in one spot. If you turn to much you may wake up on the floor especially if you don't have sides on your bed. You can't return after you have opened it.
