The carpet is as pictured and described. Nice value for the price. It looks perfect in our dining room. It arrived folded and had lots of creases. However, over a week or so, it "relaxed" and lies flat. Good to have a rug pad under - looks much better with the rug pad.

Nice Rug - Poor packaging

The rug came on time and was the quality that we expected. However, the rug was folded multiple times and packaged in a tight plastic shrinkwrap material. This led to multiple creases in the rug, that have not flattened out for the last few weeks. I expected that a rug of this size would be shipped on a rolled up tube to protect the rug. The $40 surcharge should have covered the extra effort to ship without possible long term damage. We will see if the rug ever flattens out.

Amazing soft and beautiful rug for our living room! Great price for the size! I would definitely buy it again. A real plus was being able to virtually visualize it online by taking picture of the room and seeing how it would look like even with furniture in place! Just soooo happy with our purchase would highly recommend and it came on time if not sooner than expected!

Not quite what I was expecting, could be my fault

It doesn't have any plushness like I was expecting, however, that could have been me not understanding the description. It's nice, it's held up, it's under our guest bed so it's not used frequently. I got the beige and it's a bit darker than I thought it would be, but it works.
