When this rug first showed up, it was absolutely beautiful. We have two of the same rug in our living room and dining room. There was a minor water spill on both rugs that we promptly blotted up with a towel. The color from the cross pattern (reddish orange color) bled out of the rugs and now both show large brown looking spots. These were remarkably expensive rugs and I was told by customer service at Havertys that nothing could be done. I will never purchase anything from Havertys again since they refuse to stand behind their products.
