Compact and Versatile

I love my new nightstand lamps. A bonus....they were on sale. It totally changes the look of my bedroom. The weight is substantial for their size. Great purchase!

Nice unique lamp. Great price

I needed this light for a bathroom counter. I wanted the light dim enough that I could leave it on thru the night. I read reviews about the light being a little too "in your face" so to speak. It comes with a 60 watt equivalent led bulb. With this info in mind, I bought a bulb along with the lamp that is just an 11 watt equivalent led. Even with that, the light is right at eye level and a little distracting so I got creative. Went to my local Hobby store, found a dome shaped clear glass and a spray can of glass frosting spray . Since the piece of glass was not as tall as I needed it to be , I bought a strip of dark brown leather. Everything was 50% off so my fix was a little over $12. Since LEDs do not get hot the leather is not affected at the top of the lamp. It would work for a brighter bulb as well. It turned out perfect.

Is black not bronze

I got this to go with a standing lamp that I ordered at the same time. I thought from the descriptions that they were matching pieces, but that is not the case. Still, it is good looking and goes well with our furniture.

Old-World Charm

The lamp is larger than I expected and has an old-world charm. I recommend using a dimmer for it. I bought it for my bedroom because I can use it as a lamp and a night light with the dimmer.

Creates A Nice Ambiance

I like the light and it adds to my decor not nicely. However, there are a few draw backs and will mention them here. I do not like the switch on the power cord....it would be better if it were on the base. Secondly, the lamp which is 60 watt is way to bright, the bulb isn't shielded (looks nice) but for end table use it's right at eye level and very distracting. I am thinking of getting a lower watt build, or spend $$$ for a dimmer or find a large hanky to put over the lamp when in use. Sill like the uniqueness. Have had positive comments.

Very Stylish Lamp

I love this lamp! It looks great on my sofa table. Very nice quality. I would, however, recommend purchasing the amber Edison dimmer bulb and dimmer switch. The bulb that comes with the lamp is very bright and hurt my eyes to look at because the lamp does not have a shade. I purchased them after I received my lamp and so glad I did!
