It was exactly like the online picture. The quality of the fabric is good. The parts were well protected in the shipping box and the instructions for assembly were easy to follow.

I like the sturdiness of the chair. Not a big fan of the material but it’s a nice color. I switched out the wheels for inline. Better. Glide.

This chair is a bit bulky, but extremely comfortable. It is more a denim color rather than navy. It was easy to put together, and I have been putting it to good use working from home. If you are using on carpet, you will need to get some kind of plastic carpet guard, as it is heavy and could cause some damage to your carpet.

Nice looking chair

I had this chair shipped to me twice because the first one couldn't go together right - the chair back and the seat would not fit together snuggly. The second one is not perfect either but good enough. It is a very, very, attractive chair though.

Squeaky machine

Though attractive and moderately comfortable for a tall, average-weight male, I must add to the low score due to the poor construction. The wooden legs (attractive and real) are a facade over metal, spoke-like legs. The wood is secured by "fit" against the center metal post and metal legs only by small, metal tabs. With each movement, the squeaks can be heard over conference calls growing worse over the six days of use. Fortunately, my local Home Depot took the return - beware.

Very Uncomfortable

This chair is beautiful. The picture is true to how the chair looks. Unfortunately it is not comfortable. The seat cushion is far too thin that you can actually feel the wood frame beneath your legs. I would not recommend this chair for this reason.

Nicer than I expected

The chair is attractive, and looks nicer in my office than a fake leather and plastic black office chair. The base and the arms are real wood, the seat is wide and comfortable, the casters are sturdy. After reading the reviews I was nervous but decided to try it for myself. So far I couldn't be happier with it.

Love this chair

I love this chair. I had been sitting on an oak bankers chair. I wanted a chair that was comfortable and worked as an office chair but was also attractive and this is perfect. There is a video on the manufacturer website that makes it simple to put together. I would definitely recommend this chair. The wood matches perfectly with my desk.

Absolutely NOT for full time workday use. I weigh 170, work full time (8ish hours/day, 5 days/week, and I was sitting on the frame within 7 months. The cushion is very low quality and sank beneath the seat ridiculously fast. The fabric is neutral and the style is attractive, but the quality is meant for occasional use at best. Be prepared to purchase a supplemental cushion, which defeats the purpose of an attractive chair.

The chair is beautiful, which is why I bought it. The craftsmanship is so so. There's a few places where the material isn't sewn down tight and a staple came out of the fabric during assembly. The back is very uncomfortable, and I have to keep a pillow on the chair for some lumbar support, which takes away from the beauty of the chair. I'm glad I got it, but I'm not positive how long it will last, and I wish it was more comfortable.
