Where the pivot glass meets the first panel glass, nothing prevents both sections from pivoting. There should be a rubber pad or suction type mechanism to prevent both panels pivoting at the same time. When both panels pivot, the glass makes contact with pedestal sink adjacent to tub/shower, an accident waiting to happen! Nothing worse than slice and dice by glass should you slip in the shower.
