The warehouse sent me a used broken chair

This is not my first Homepop chair from Overstock However the chair I got from the warehouse was a previous return. When I pay for a new chair, that is what any company is supposed to send. Overstock warehouse or Homepop warehouse sent me another broken chair. The box was retaped, and the legs that should have been attached underneath the chair in a box, were sitting in the tied together bag that the chair was inside of. There was no packing styrafoam, which is supposed to secure the chair on every side, and parts of the cardboard lid was inside, and under the chair.

Cute Chair

This blue plaid chair looks great in our dining room. I have also used the chair in my home office. I had no issues with the shipping or assembly.

This chair is so comfortable. We purchased it for our bedroom and we love it. We just had to add the feet for assembly. The color is as depicted online

Very Comfortable

Buying furniture online isnt easy when u are looking for comfort. This chairs construction is solid and its VERY comfortable. I bought it for a spare bedroom but it could easily be used in a living room or den. The colors are true to the picture,

Instant garbage.

This was beautiful, (except for the fact that I could see fraying edges at the arm when I received it... and the fact that the stuffing is already loosing it's cushiness) but I've only had this for a few months and it's already broken. I'm the only one who sits on it, we don't have kids, no one's performing acrobatics on it, there's no extra wear and tear, there's no reason it should have broken. Ironically, I have been expecting it to break at the leg, because the screw hole for the left front leg was angled differently than the others, causing more pressure on that leg, it has been at a different angle than the rest of the legs the whole time... If I hadn't purchased online, I'd have sent it back immediately. Instead, one of the pieces of wood underneath broke, to my surprise. Didn't see that coming! Guess it's not just a one-off defect, but instead a comedy of errors, an intrinsically poorly made item. What a waste of money. Honestly, pretty ticked. I'll be going to a furniture store in the future, where I can return an item if it's trash. One more gripe... I have photos, but this wouldn't allow me to upload.
