The plumber installed it
I bought a used stainless steel Elkay sink from the Habitat for Humanity store. It came without the clips and I was advised that they were hard to find, but I had no trouble finding a set on ebay. They are not specific to the type of sink, only the brand. The professional plumber that I hired said, "Yep. Those are the ones that you need." I now have an awesome, 'new', inexpensive sink.
