I hate these couches I wish I would've got another style. After 2 weeks of receiving them there's small little threads hanging everywhere they collect A LOT of fabric balls it's so annoying. Another thing is the cushions are made with feathers so they constantly poke and come out it sucks because we have not had these couches long and I already want to get new ones

I had searched for a long time for the perfect sofa. I finally found this company on offer up. They were very responsive and friendly. At the showroom, the gentleman that was there was extremely helpful and very informative. The delivery process went smoothly and I would definitely buy from them agai. I also love the beautiful piece I bought for my living room. It's a quality product that is also very comfortable!

Found this couch initially on FB marketplace. Reached out and talked to a representative from Ornate. They answered all my questions and were super helpful when I went into the store to check it out in person. Once I was ready to place the order they let me know that it would be a longer wait than initially anticipated. However they were able to cut the wait down and get the couch to me within a few days after purchasing! All in all it was a great customer experience with Ornate furniture & we are loving our new couch. :)
