Really disappointed. While opening an unpacking the chair it was apparent everything had been opened and retapped. I looked over the cushions and armrest to find scratches and apparent use. I proceeded to try and put it together. Second screw I try to put in is a no go. I look at the screw and it’s all messed up. One screw and the entire chair cannot be assembled. The bad screw is for the seat. I am so mad that this was for sale on the floor. Whether it was a bad customer, a staples employee or LazBoy that repacked this like this. I am so mad, I have spent so much time bringing this home, unboxing and not having a chair to sit in. Now I’m forced to return it to the store because LaZBoy quality it crap. The box says “do not return to store” that’s because they want me to wait 4 weeks to ship me a new screw. Then what if then the wrong screw or another bad one. No way I’m keeping this chair or calling for a screw, immediately going to return. Again I am so mad and disappointed by the lack of quality control on both the Staples side and LaZBoy side.
The Best Chair I have Owned
Extremely comfortable and built very well. Lazy Boy hit a home run with this one. The length and height of the arms are just right and the cushions on the arms are soft but firm. Compared to the many chairs I have owned — and I have owned many — this is the best. I have had to add a seat cushion to all the rest, but not this one. The cushion is unique — soft but it doesn’t flattened like the others. Whoever invented the cushion was a genius. Thank you Lazy Boy.

The chair is pretty comfortable, the only thing is the box said Navy and when my maintenance guy put it together without me being present. it turned out to be a black chair.

The team at Staples was awesome. I selected office chair and paid to have someone they had to put together. The man that put the chair together was kind. Then he asked me to sit in chair, I said it’s perfect. Then he said let me try in sat in chair and violently stretching the chair back and forth! I told him No Stop! I like my back straight. He continued forcing the stretch!
