Bought these to replace halogen in my range hood. In addition, I was looking for a "daylight" color temp for some of my cooking photography (just for fun). I had some difficulty getting them into the sockets, but that is not making me like them less. I just rarely replace these bulbs. Now I have longer-lasting, better color temp (5000K), and less energy-consuming bulbs. A win! All my Feit Electric products have worked out well for me.
