Disappointing
Very disappointed with this as the scent doesn’t fill the room nor last longer than 10 seconds after being sprayed. Scent is amazing it just doesn’t last.

Fresh Cut Basil Fragrance Spray
The fragrance of fresh cut basil is so light, clean and exactly what is needed sometimes in the kitchen to mask cooking odors. Not sweet or flowery, it is one of my favorite room fragrances and reminds me of a scented candle I used to use but is no longer available (from another supplier)

I understand that Thymes recently
I understand that Thymes recently was doing inventory (over January 1st weekend), which is why my delivery has been so delayed. I have yet to receive my order, which was placed on December 30, 2023. I was supposed to get "free" shipping because I spent nearly $200 on the order. I love the products and I am trying to be understanding and patient. It's difficult to discount anything on my order because the shipping was already free. I finally received a nice response from Customer Service, which I appreciate but I've already been billed with no product to show for it. Doesn't seem right.

I am a chef and house manager at a quail farm and we use the Fresh Cut Basil in our kitchen. It is fresh and clean and really gets things shiny. I bought the entire set for my home, including the room spray.
