[Rewarded Review] WINDOW A/C UNIT

Unit is quiet, doesn't interfere with conversations or television watching. Unit looks good and fits with decor. Weather changed have not yet used it extensively.

Bad company

Had so much problem with getting my air conditioner fixed, display went out shortly after getting it. I have had to miss 5 different days of work waiting on a service technician that doesn't exist come out. The 6th time they say they going to just mail me the replacement part. I got it in yesterday and it is still the wrong part. How hard is it to get this problem fixed. These two parts look nothing alike and plugs don't even match.

Unit is excellent! at first I had a different one and swapped it out. It's very quiet, strong, cold, looks great aesthetically, and has a great app / great tech

Wished you could keep the panel lit up but otherwise great.

It doesn't cool the 1000 sq ft as I expected I could never get the WiFi to connect. It's impossible to take to support on the phone.

The AC was easy to install and operating quietly and cooling great. Due to cooler weather hasn't been used much. Hope it last as long as the other Frigidaire I have

Works great just wish I could use the timer with the remote control ! You have to actually walk over to the air conditioner and punch it in manually

I purchased this unit as a room chiller, it pulls little amps an is VERY energy efficient. It holds the temperature within 3 degrees. An excellent unit!

I bought this one as a replacement for a Frigidaire that

this is the third Frigidaire 18,000 BTU I have purchased in the last 30 years ...... the first one lasted 12 years and the second 10 years ..... this model is smaller than the first two .... it has a pull out case and I mounted it in wall and did not use the mounting kit ..... because the unit is heavy it takes two people to pick up the unit to slide it in .... the unit is running great at this time ..... older models came with a 5 years warranty but this one only has a 1 year warranty (but for an additional charge you can buy an extended 3 year warranty)

Need to warranty

My 18,000 BTU Frigidaire air conditioner cools the upstairs quickly & quietly.

[Rewarded Review] Bad customer service- no clue staff

AC was bought coz it has WiFi but it does not connect to the iPhone app. I am a software engineer and could not figureout upon multiple trials. Totally bad and un informed customer service who use same pre written script. Don’t buy products from FRIGIDAIRE, since if you encounter a problem they usually have no solution.

It does what it needs to do.

So far so good . It is very quiet. It cools very quickly. I have a small home and it cools the entire house.

Had to buy 2nd one to make one. Both delivered destroyed!

18000 btu Frigidaire will power on but will not blow air

Even though I've only had AC for three weeks so far so good.

that's on me, but it had the wrong kind of plug and we had to return it.
