Messy and Needs better product description
I am truly disappointed in the product. I purchased 3 of them. In the description it did not mention battery operated, 6 batteries for only 6 hours a day! Maybe that works with some people, but not me. I have electrical above my kitchen cabinets with a switch below, and my house is open plan for kitchen, living and dining area. I am in my kitchen all day and was disappointed when these arrived. I wanted these lights on all day and most of the night til retiring or done entertaining. Six hours doesn't do it during the holidays. They are very messy with the flock and it was stuck to most of the lights. It was extremely messy to unpack and to pull apart since the product came form fitted to the box which was shaped like a cube. While installing above my cabinets the flock fell like snow and covered my counters and floor.Lots of cleanup! The only reason I am keeping them is that they are such a mess to take down and fold back together to put into a box. I am going to put additional plug in lights on them next year and not use the battery feature although I will still be dealing with the flock mess. The only reason I purchased these is because they have a matching tree with the same colored lights that I purchased this year from Home Depot which I have in my living area near by. After complaining and debating sending back with the customer service rep, I was offered a 20% discount, but I would rather have had a plug in option. I wouldn't recommend.
