Cup holder was unusable
The round plate and bowl holders were great, but the rectangular cup storage was awful. Thin, see-through paper "fabric" bottom with no support will not hold a box full of china cups. and the two horizontal dividers are missing, making the whole thing unusable. I'm going to have to make something out of cardboard to salvage any usefulness out of this. It's a shame because the round containers are really well made, sturdy with good quality zippers, and they included a good amount of felt plate protectors.
