So much easier than a balancing act taking Creme Brûlée out of oven without getting water in it.

My grand-daughter wanted to learn how to make Creme Brulee. I bought this for her and we made it for New Years Eve.

This pan is perfect. I make creme brulee a lot so was happy to be able to find a pan that works so well

I was so happy that my package came when it did , just before the holidays. I'm making Flan and Cream'e Brulee for for dessert. I may order another one because this a whole lot easier then just putting the bowls in a pan with the water

This was purchased for my daughter in law and she absolutely loves it. It's not something you use on a daily basis but the times she has used it, it has not let her down. Plus it's super easy to clean.

Not meant for high heat. The pan is completely falling apart. Kind of strange for something built for the oven to only go in under 400

The set is great! While the ramekins are much lighter and thinner than what I'm used to, the whole set makes making creme brûlée or flan so much easier. The pan is also well made, so far no it's holding up well to hot water baths. I dry it immediately after using. No more burning your hands from trying to remove hot ramekins off hot water filled pans!
