Soothing heat.

I've had this product for the last three or four years. And it has worked great! True that sometimes you have to reset it by simply plugging it out and plugging it back in and it will work fine. Works fine with my power bank as well. Has helped me when driving a public transit bus and I feel the wincing pain and discomfort that is associated with back pain. The product brings soothing relief by administering heat. I would recommend this product!

Good Idea but Poor Execution

This worked with my power bank for a day. Now I need to be tethered to a USB cord. The pocket for the power bank is too small, the connection cord is too short, and the belt doesn’t stay on because it relies on a tiny strip of Velcro to hold it. With a few modifications this could be a great product.

Great for travel

I purchased this about 6 months ago. I travel a lot, and It goes everywhere with me. It folds up small and fits into an exterior pocket of my backpack. It's a tad smaller than I would like, but it does the job. I wish the battery pocket was a bit larger as I've had some issues finding a power bank that works/doesn't shut off. The one that stays on is a bit too large for the pocket.

Handy heating pad

The relatively small size works well for me. Plenty of heating power. Nice that you can strap it on and not have to hold it in place. Excellent product for the price.

Garbage!

Do not waste your money. I have this heating pad on the highest setting and it doesn’t even feel warm. Not impressed. I thought Sunbeam made reliable quality products. My mistake.

nice device

Pocket for battery is big enough for a large battery bank. alIt can also can plug into the wall. Nice for heat around the middle of your body.

Keep purchasing but not sure why...

We have purchased three of these in the last 1.5 years and they all stopped working in 3-6 months so have all been returned. They are so great when they are working for back and neck pain and relief of cramps. Sounds like a common problem, really hope Sunbeam can fix this. So, do we buy yet another one in hopes?

Heat is inadequate

I was looking for a small heating pad and this is the right size. Unfortunately it barely gets warm, and that's on the highest (warmest) setting. What does get warm though is the part that plugs into an electrical outlet, and that worries me. I think maybe the USB setup can't handle what this needs to do. I will be returning this and looking for a small heating pad with a regular plug.

Part to use it as advertised are unavailable!!!!

I bought this belt last week. The picture and description on the box are not real, as it shows a lady walking with her heating pad attached to the power battery pack. This power battery pack is not included and the store, Walmart in Wareham, Mass. does not sell it. I was directed to the electronics dept. to buy one there and we got the one that looked small enough to fit, brought it home and charged it up and it still does not fit. How am I to find what I need to use with it if it isn't even sold separately?

power bank impossibly to find

Can't find the powerbank sold separately anywhere, and aftermarket ones don't work.

Misleading

I was looking for a portable heating pad and decided on this one. Well, it’s not portable! Not unless you purchase a usb-c power bank (separately). Then you have to hope it fits in the pouch provided.

need usb-c

one of the lamest items I have ever conned myself into buying from this store. it product is the opposite of good, and you need to read the other low rating reviews to catch my drift. I will update this after 3 months if nothing changes with this company sunbeam should be ashamed of themselves, one of my parents thought it came with a power bank as well, nope! try again.
