Hope already!!!

Trampoline already has a hole in it. The hooks for the net break easily. We have 3 broken. Company advertised inside the box that if we leave a review on their site they would send a free gift. That was 3 months ago and we haven’t received anything. Save your money and get something better

hi-di-ho, neighbor.I put this bad boy together by myselfCan I get a hallelujah 🙌🏼I do not recommend assembling on your own if you are over 30. Just pay for it. Find someone. Anyone.Your body will thank you. There are, however some things I do want to address. Nothing to do with the shop but more to do with the dang holes for the screws.2 of the safety rods holes didnt line up with the metal T connectors. Its a power tool kind of fix.MORE POWER.Youre darn right more power!I mean, if I put this together, Im sure I can figure out how to make the holes line up.Insert The Tool Man grunt.IykykOverall, great trampolineCame in 1 boxThe fedex guy, bless his heartHe thought I couldnt lift the box. Bro, ya girl is short but she lifts heavy and no thang chicken wang. But ya, its a 2 person game putting this together. But if you are a hard headed i-dont-need-no-man kind of lady...well koodos. Cuz I wont ever put this together by myself again.Instructions were easy to follow.Quality looks good.Over all pleased with purchase

Love the trampoline! Seems well madesturdy! Just got it yesterday for my 9 yr old. The only problem I’m having is attaching the net at the bottom! I started on left side of zipper opening, went around clockwise but once I got to the right side of the trampoline, I could not get the net to secure underneath the padding…could not pull it tight enough!! Seemed like the net does not fit this trampoline! It is a 12fttag on net says 12ft but it will not stretch enough for me to secure it all the way around! I laced with the string given in packaging every 3 or 4 holes! Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I’ve tried this twice so farcan not get it!!

Great bang for your buck….. it isperfect for a few kids and adults to jump in and the netting/ rails seem sturdy. The cheapest part is the covering for the springs which I’m guessing will start to dry rot after a few years. Also like that it came with ground straps to hold it down and keep the wind from catching it.Setup- my wife and I set it up during nap time from start to finish in under 75 mins. Slowest part was weaving the net down- pro tip cut the string in half and then start in the middle of each string on opposite sides if there is two people working on it so you have less slack to pull through. You could easily assemble alone but figure on three hours solo.2/10 frustration to assemble and was actually kinda fun to assemble.

This did come with a missing piece. One of the buttons on the poles is missing. But I’ve reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and fast at getting this fixed. My part is on its way. I was able to take this part from an upper portion so that the base is sturdy and put together and will put the new part where I took this one out. I love the tie downs that come with this. We live where there is a lot of wind so I’m hopeful this will keep it in our yard and not let it visit the neighbors. Should these not do their job I will write an updated review. So far we are really enjoying it though.

The package came extremely organized and even included basic tools! The paper and video instructions are very helpful. I found the video easier to understand with the visuals. Although, important to note - put the spring cover on before tying the screen!! Everything sturdy so far. Put it up myself with a little help from my 9 year old, and took us about 2.5 hours. We opted for the 10 foot and it’s roomy for 9 and 2 year old to jump safely together. The bottom legs did have scratches on them probably from assembly and not super noticeable. Their customer service responded immediately to questions on a Saturday and were very helpful and friendly. So happy after all our research, we chose Jumpzylla!

Replaced our old 15ft trampoline with this new 12ft one. Was worried about the size difference it it is actually perfect for our kiddos! 🤗Took some time to assemble with both myself and husband doing together- about 2.5 hours start to finish including putting up the net. Some of the poles were hard to put together but just took some extra force from husband and it finally snapped into place. And be sure to read how to install the springs correctly because we skipped that part and getting the last few springs attached was a challenge LOL.

This picture is what the trampoline looks like every day if the wind blows more than 15 miles an hour which is 3+ times a week where we live. The T connectors that hold the net up have absolutely useless threading that offers no resistance. If the wind can easily do this, imagine what would happen if one of our young children actually needed the net to keep them from falling off the trampoline. Massive safety hazard. We contacted customer service and even provided a video of the T connectors simply falling right out. We were eventually sent new ones which were not faulty, but not giving 5 stars for something that was unusable upon purchasing because of safety.

This was definitely worth the money to get my kids off the devices and outside in these pandemic times. For them to voluntarily put on shoes and go outside is a true miracle of nature. It was a bit hard to put together and definitely required 2 people. And also, I was not prepared for the moth eggs! Every morning I have to go out and scrape clusters of moth eggs off the netting. That is something I wish I had known about and I am currently trying to figure out if there is a better location to prevent this grossness.

Get this one!!! I was debating between this trampoline and one that was similar in size but almost half the price. I’m so glad I went this one as well. I have three young children and this trampoline is extremely safe and well built in comparison to the smaller 5 foot one we had previously. Also the customer service is above and beyond. Our safety net came missing a zipper so I emailed them and they responded back right away. They extended out my warranty and are promptly shipping me an entire new safety net. Can’t beat the customer service. You will be so glad you bought this instead of a cheaper one, trust me. Especially for those of you with young children who hang/climb off of things. Can’t hang or climb on poles that are located outside of the trampoline!UPDATE: We have had this trampoline for a few months now and our all three of our kids have jumped on it every single day, usually multiple times a day. It’s extremely sturdy but beware of the foam on the outside poles. Our super climber middle child attempted to climb the outside beams and ripped the foam off. We duck taped it back but I don’t view that as an issue with the trampoline versus my child being my child. None of them have gotten hurt and I appreciate now more than ever getting one that has the beams on the outside instead of the inside. In my opinion, it’s more safe if you have a child like mine who likes to do precarious things like climb a trampoline pole.

EDITAfter having for 6 months, let me return and say the product is okay, but not stellar. The trampoline part has been great and stood up to multiple kids at one time. The bad part is the design flaw in the netting setup. We had three of 8 bars break at the same point, where the screw goes into the frame for the net brackets. They do not offer replacement parts, so I rigged it a few times until the metal just snapped in half. I finally sprung for an entirely different brand/design of netting and installed that. Customer service is pretty good though with JumpZilla, as they offered me a 75% discount on purchasing another full trampoline. Not worth it- as the trampoline was good, just needing the net setup. All in all, it’s still up and working. Just be wary that the brackets for the upright net will probably break at the joint if your kids ever lean/fall into the net.Assembly is hard if working solo- but I did it!My 14 y/o helped a few times but mostly kept wanting to know when I’d be done.Instructions were easy enough/ parts not fully labeled as per instructions. But figured it out okay. Pay attention to the direction of each item/ I had to undo and redo the ring part. Very sturdy- got on with my kiddos and was a lot of fun. Also, pro tip, make sure to zip the net together while installing the rope. Helps with determining tightness all the way around. Worth it and the extra pieces came in handy!Took about 2.5 hours solo with a reversion as per above. But completely possible. Best with help strong person

I bought this trampoline for my sons birthday. Not only was he surprised, it is going to make for endless hours of entertainment. It is the perfect size for our backyard. Not obnoxiously big and not too small. The trampoline was a lot easier to put together than I anticipated and the directions were easy to follow. All parts of the trampoline are sturdy and good quality. The net makes me feel more comfortable and I feel certain that the chances of injury are slim to none. And the color makes it sleek and good looking as far as trampolines go. Everyone wins! Great purchase! Worth every dollar!

This is a very sturdy trampoline and was fairly easy to assemble - definitely a 2-person job. It is sturdy enough to be used indoors, as well as outdoors, without anchors. We purchased this for our granddaughters 4th birthday and one piece as inadvertently missing from the box. Carla from Jumpzyllas customer service department contacted me within a couple of hours after I sent off an email on a Sunday afternoon describing out dilemma! She was AMAZING! The missing part was sent out immediately and the beloved trampoline was assembled and has been used nonstop by a very happy 4-year-old! Carla kept in contact with me throughout the shipping process and followed up to make sure the part had been received and everything was satisfactory. I will definitely purchase Jumpzylla products again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product in particular! Thank you Jumpzylla and a HUGE THANK YOU to Carla!!

Super excited to own this for the heathens. This Trampoline is worth every penny. My 5 year old son jumps on it daily! It is the perfect size and has the weight capacity that we needed. It seems to be very durable and is great in the Oklahoma wind. The tie down kit with stakes and cork screw double secure tie down stakes are quality made and secure or trampoline safely. The zipper on net works great but for our own personal reasons, we choose not to use a net because a close friends son got strangulated in net.Putting it together was amazingly simple. It came with step-by-step instructions which my husband did follow. He was able to assemble a great amount by himself but 2-3 people would be ideal. It has a ladder that makes getting off and on easy. The padding around the outer ring is super thick and enough to protect anyone from being pinched or falling through the spring areas. We have friends who bring there kids over so that they can play at our place with our supervision. This Trampoline makes a great addition to the things they can do to have fun. We purchased a couple different water set ups for the sweet summertime that attach to or go under trampoline. The only things I could add to this item are the bars on the ladder need non-slip grip added to it as it is very easy for anyone to slip on and the boxing could have been much better. I was scared parts or pieces might be missing or damaged but everything was perfect. All in all, I think this is a great trampoline for the price. We have many hours of use already and I know this will be a great way to wear those kids out and keep them entertained outside!

Worth the extra few bucks. Excellent design and heavy duty. Padded springs and high quality net. Do yourself a favor and take your time putting together. This company went the extra mile to add in safety... take advantage and install it right to protect the people you love. Best trampoline on the market hands down. Don’t go cheap to save a dollar and end up with a busted up looking piece of garbage...respect yourself and your family and buy into the safety. One suggestion, make sure you have a hammer or mallet and a 2x4. The metal net supports take a little more muscle to get together than I have. I put a piece of 2 x4 over one end and gently tapped them into the locking position. It’s actually good because it makes the supports just that much more snug, tight and robust.
