Amazing!

I was too big (width of cone) for my kitchen and was a bit bulkier than I anticipated, but it's very well made, the packaging was great, and the shipping was on time. Plus, the return was easy.

Lights are nice - a little plain looking -but nice.

I’d love to write a positive review of the actual product but I haven’t received it’s replacement since it arrived broken 3+ weeks ago. I’ve called Burke Decor daily and get the response that they’ve “emailed the warehouse for an update.” Hopefully will actually receive this order to be able to review.

Excellent customer service

The customer service was phenomenal and shipping was fast! I have not yet installed the pendants because we are not yet at that stage of the renovation, but I can’t wait to see them installed over my island.

Beautiful look and finish a few of the white glass shades had black scratches, so will have to be replaced by the manufacturer, but we know that they and Lighting New York will do what is right, as they always do
