They sent the wrong rug
my package had a different safavieh rug - quality seemed fine but it was a completely different color and style than the one i ordered, and returning is going to be such a pain. i don't know if this happens often with whatever warehouse they're using but i'm really not happy about it and don't think i'll be trying again

Well made, quality rug. It's heavy and looks very nice. It does shed but nothing overwhelming. I've had it for 7+ years now and it still looks like new.
Didn't stand up to my little dog's ministrations
This rug did not stand up to my 17lb dog's scratching it. Perhaps a downside of tufted rugs but I have another that has held up so it may be an overall durability issue with this brand or price point. Nice looking and probably lasts just fine if you don't have a compulsively scratching beast.

This beautiful carpet solved a dilemma of blending wingback chairs upholstered in a fabric that didn't appeal to me. I am extremely pleased with the results!
Good rug. Nice quality. Expect new wool to shed. Beware actual colors are muddier and less vibrant than photos shown.
