Not real wool, not great either
Would not recommend. First of all, despite the name of the rug, it’s not real wool but a synthetic material. This material sheds like crazy. Also it gets very matted and ratty looking in high traffic areas. We just got a new puppy so we’ll keep it while we’re still potty train him and then we’ll toss this rug or move it to a guest room.. the design is nice but I would have returned it if this puppy didn’t pee on it already. Also the size was inaccurate by a few inches width and length wise

Understated but with texture and detail
Using this in my bedroom and it’s very soft underfoot I looked for a boho style rug that wasn’t too inyourface and this was perfect
